EASE
Ease is an unhurried descent into a waking body. Rooted in fluid movement, breath, mobility, self-massage, and Qigong-inspired flow states, Ease invites your internal ocean to shift tides. These gentle patterns nourish joints and fascia while offering a peaceful downshift for the nervous system. Ease offers low-impact, head-to-toe movement that’s accessible seated or standing. What to bring: Come hydrated and dressed in flexible clothing. A yoga mat is recommended, and any desired pillows or props you may need to create a setup that feels safest for you.

A Guided Full Body Lymph Drainage Experience
45 Min. Full Body Drainage
Let's manually move some fluid. No oil or lotion is needed, but do:
-
COME WELL HYDRATED.
-
STAY HYDRATED AFTER.
-
WEAR LOOSE CLOTHING.
-
BRING PILLOW + BLANKET.
First time? Your lymphatics help move excess fluid, metabolic waste, and inflammatory byproducts out of the tissues, and we use our hands to guide the fluid under the skin, between the muscles, and inside the joints spaces where it drains. This process also makes more fluid, and speeds up how quickly it flows through the body. It's very powerful.
You may notice...
-
A feeling of awareness + spaciousness in the body
-
Reduced puffiness or heaviness
-
Reduced pain
-
Improved digestion or elimination
-
Calmer nervous system and deeper sleep
-
*Detox symptoms (nausea, fatigue, achy)
*often mild and short-lived
Contraindications: Heart failure, kidney failure, active high fever from acute infection

AWAKEN
Building from the same principles as Ease, this class is meant to leave you feeling energized. Through rhythmic movement, joint stabilization, shaking, bouncing, and balance, we invite more cardiac involvement to exercise the vessels and help fluids to move more freely. Your heart rate may rise, but this isn’t conventional “exercise.” Awaken offers moderate-impact, head-to-toe movement that helps you find your edge through gentle challenge. Adaptable, but requires some balance and stamina.
What to bring: Come hydrated and dressed in flexible clothing. A yoga mat and chair/stool is recommended, and any desired pillows or props you may need to create a setup that feels safest for you.

Qigong For Lymph Lovers
Summer Of The Shen
Please join us in the LLC on June 20th for a 45-minute Qigong practice to welcome in the new season of Summer.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the heart's spirit (the Shen) is the "Emperor" of ALL the other organs. Shen translates to "spirit," "mind," or "consciousness" and represents the totality of our mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Represented by a vermillion bird, that resides in our heart space, it governs the Fire element and is most active (and vulnerable) during the summer months.
Just as nature blooms outward in this coming season, the Shen wants to connect, express, and shine. Summer's energetic wave is all about joy, social connection, and outward movement. Hope to see you there!
What is Qigong? - Qigong (pronounced "chee-gong") is an ancient practice that combines gentle movement, breath, mindfulness, and imagination. Rooted in Taoist philosophy, it's designed to cultivate and optimize the flow of qi (vital life energy) within the mind, body, and spirit.
Contraindications: None. This practice can done standing or seated. All bodies welcome!
*I recommend wearing loose/comfortable clothing, and have a little food in your stomach beforehand.
