"I'd basically resigned myself to living with chronic pain. If you've dealt with endometriosis or IBD, you know how pitiful the treatment options are. My pain is significantly reduced, even non-existent some months!"

Our Protocol
I've seen and heard so many women sharing their struggle with gynecological issues and pelvic pain. Many are due to pelvic congestion, poor postural alignment, nervous system dysregulation, and misuse of the diaphragms; both in the ribcage and the pelvic bowl. I felt called to make this course to teach you the same protocol we use in our Austin clinic. I've seen what lymphatic work can do for women's health firsthand, and I can't wait to teach you.
